Casa da San Pietro

In 2005, we produced our first batch of olive oil from our grove in Puglia. This we transported back and bottled to sell and give as presents to family and friends. The organically produced oil possesses a golden translucence with a very distinctive taste. It is excellent for making bruschetta topped with tomato.
As well as the olives, we have our own lemon and lime trees, as well as cherries and figs and a recently discovered pomegranate tree. We have also found almond, walnut and hazelnut trees in the grounds.
